We connect all data points of a logistics company together, enrich it with external data & tidy everything up to make it usable.

The current question is how do we use this reformed data in the most effective way?

1) Feed it into a general AI model that the logistics company is using, until we build our own (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT).

2) Once our model is ready, feed it into our hyper logistics specified AI model.

3) Then we add agentic capabilities to our model, bringing it to a point where you can do all of your work more efficiently by just using our software.

HOW DO WE MAKE THE
DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE?

We think in order to make a truly new infrastructure the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system has to be changed, which hasn't meaningfully changed anything since the 90s, but only way that system would change is if there is an alternative to it in the logistics & supply chain world that everyone is already using.

Our current guess is this alternative that everyone uses will be made in this decade, distributed through the industry with the AI boom, vertically expand into different software & hardware systems to make the infrastructural change smoother.

Once that change happens, nobody will notice anything, except the operators seeing the massive efficiency.

So, that is the plan captain!!!
